After serving as the Vice President of the HOA Board for the last year, I have a vested interest in continuing to improve the neighborhood in the best interest of the residents. I would like to see current projects to completion as well as initiate future projects for the neighborhood’s enhancement.
I am proud of the work the board has done during its first full year of HOA control. I would love to be able to continue to serve my neighbors and community by working towards goals that are mutually beneficial. The first year of settling in is almost over. I look forward to being able to roll up my sleeves and focus on making improvements, continuing to manage in a fiscally sound way, and having more involvement from the owners of Creek Meadows! I have enjoyed getting to know so many neighbors!
My goal for Creek Meadows is for our residents to enjoy improved and new amenities, activities, and services within our budget that increases property values and desirability of our neighborhood while building a true sense of community. I can best serve the Creek Meadows community by being proactive in addressing areas of concern, increasing the level of communication between residents and the Board, coordinating activities to promote a sense of community among residents, initiating events and amenities for the benefit of residents, and working effectively with residents and other Board members to advance Creek Meadows as a model community.
I can best serve the community if I get involved as a volunteer. There are plenty of opportunities out there if you look out for them. My goals are to have a safe environment conducive to the well being of our children so that families living in this community have peace of mind.
I plan to utilize my experience in business and desire to ensure that we have an outstanding community for our families, to provide leadership for our HOA, hold the HOA accountable to the homeowners, and to ensure that the routine operations of the HOA are continuously improving the financial value and life experience that Creek Meadows can provide to the homeowners.
